Our R&D alongside quality assurance laboratories have all the possible equipment any polymer the testing laboratory would ever require right from the basic spectrophotometers to dispersion testers. Today, Montana enjoys the technical lead that gives it an edge in the industry. Aided by technologically advanced equipment, our laboratory experts research new materials, color pigments and dyes to ensure we continually churn out the most economical, visually appealing and performance-oriented products.
We take great pride in paying attention to details. For instance, an essential link in the supply chain between plastic converters and the polymer producers in the production of compounds and masterbatch. Therefore, we carefully select the pigments, additives, keeping in mind end-users' performance and the process condition to achieve the best result. The batches are tested on the parameters like Dispersion, MFI, Colour Fastness, Heat Fastness, Density, Carbon Content, Opacity, Whiteness, and Gloss etc, to maintain the excellent consistency in every batch.

The effective use of available modern technologies and services of trained, skilled and experienced technicians allow us to maintain consistency in the quality of our products, geared at ensuring each product without any exception, meets the international quality standards. Our team of quality controllers also conduct stringent checks at different stages of the production processes to ensure that the on-going processes meet the laid down specifications and production
requirements.
Our modern laboratory setup also helps us to successfully test the derived colours from end products and in making their colour swatches besides testing the raw materials before putting them into use in production. As such, our customers are guaranteed of receiving only tried and tested products from our factory. Our dedicated Product Application and Research Centre has a complete range of polymer testing equipment. The combined strength of our production capacity is 6800 MTPA.
