Montana currently operates from an over 60,000 square feet manufacturing plant at Ota, Ogun State. The facility is strategically designed to ensure smooth flow of operations right from the raw material storage through to the dispatch area of all certified finished product dispatch. This guarantees our customers get exactly what is expected -a compounding system that is optimally tailored to diverse application needs. The processing of masterbatch takes great demands on the compounding process -the pigment and additive parts must be mixed into the base polymer absolutely homogeneously. To ensure a quality start to our production, our masterbatches are produced on highly advanced Twin-screw extruders with special configurations of mixing and conveying elements that ensure seamless production and flawless accuracy. The co-rotating twin-screw extruders are particularly suitable for the processing of masterbatch because of their excellent mixing properties and high throughput rates.
